Dished Heads Ltd are since more than 20 years the UK and Southern African agents for Koenig and Co of Germany one of Europe's largest pressure Vesssel Dished Head manufacturers - the staff have many years experience in the Petrochemical, Nuclear and Heavy Engineering Industries both in base material supply and dished head manufacture - Koenig constantly strive with investement in both people and equipment to be the leaders in specialised head manufacturing.

The very latest investment sees them increase capacity to be able to manufacture heads up to 8000 diameter up to 120mm thick in one piece with welded blanks not crown and petal.

Alongside this new press and spinnining equipment is a huge quenching bath 8.5 X 9.0 Metres square to enable rapid quenching that is required when manufacturing certain materials including Super Duplex.

Koenig have two plants in Germany - Netphen Head office - manufacturing heavy and specialist heads from small end caps to 12 Metre heads and a new purpose built factory at Haiger only working with non-ferrous material making very large Stainless Steel heads for storage and pressure vessel application and Aluminium tanker and storage heads.

The distillery and food manufacturing industries are covered by the supply of either Hemispherical Stainless Steel Bowls up to 2000mm Dia and large Dished Heads up to 8000mm Dia in Stainless Steel which can be supplied highly polished.
